  PISTOFF- Well, we know that Greenlees, Chitty were among those former GB members who molested minors. Rumors had it that Jaracz was of that group as well. If a court order gets brought down on the WT organization from the federal government in time to reveal the names of possibly higher ups who have been child molesters- it's not going to be a pretty sight. WT Society may as well hand over to the courts the database file because the more WT digs it's heels in and refuses- if they are worried about appearance- it makes them look even more criminally negligent than they have already been

  JAMES MIXON- Read my thread on the first page just above or near yours about how the WT Society appoints men as elders and ministerial servants who have committed child abuse before - how the leaders of Jehovah's Witnesses approve it - it's in their written instructions to elders. Then you may come to understand why some of us are hard on the Jehovah's Witness organization. Personally- I won't support an organization that is aiding and abetting child molesters. I would think you feel similarly

  This thread kind of goes along with the thread this morning of the lady in England who is suing the WT Society for damages due to her child abuse. Her abuser was re-appointed as a Ministerial Servant even though he had been a child molester before. And all WT Society approved. If you read the opening post- you'll see that it's in the WT Society's policies to allow Ministerial Servants or elders to be appointed even if they molested children before. So the lady in England certainly has a huge, valid point in her lawsuit. WT Society irresponsibility and UNWILLINGNESS to accept responsibility is HUGE in these lawsuits. The more arrogant they get- the more millions of $$$$ they are going to pay out . Serves WT leaders right to suffer damages. They've caused enough damage to abuse victims

  My own daughter has much suffered; she will get justice in due time.

  just learned today direct from my beloved daughter that she has been abused between 5 and 12 years old by 2 brothers (her own cousins) and 1 family "friend".

  she has attempted suicide a few days ago.

  luckily she is living and she is not physically injured.

I do hope you and her receive justice in the courts of law where you live and the perpetrators are punished accordingly and you can live your life in peace from here on out.   Thanks for posting this thread. Very sad story, horrific. Once again a child molester being re-appointed into a position of oversight. Pretty disgusting. Once again the floodgates and hounds of hell are about to unleash Bad Karma against the WT Society this time in England - possibly hundreds of child abuse cases. Wow. When will this organization ever learn ? It's obvious the WT Society and it's leaders have NOT learned and they stubbornly and arrogantly still refuse to take responsibility for their lax child abuse policies. I don't think they ever WILL admit fault. Too prideful.

  At least the Catholic church and the Pope apologized to victims in a public manner. WT leaders ? WT Society quote : " For decades we have published material to help parents and children to be protected from abuse. " Uh-huh. Like the secret letter to the elders on Oct. 1st, 2012 that gives them the authority to re-appoint anybody who may have been an allegedly " repentant " child molester back into positions of Ministerial Servants or elders ? You mean THAT kind of " protection " ? Bunch of idiots running this organization. Sounds like all WT leaders want to do is justify their criminal negligence. I liked the Pope a lot more.   REBEL 8- Exactly. I agree. Sociopath's don't change nor do pedophiles. Very rarely. They never see themselves as being wrong as you stated and they are manipulative knowing how to dupe people with fake charm. Think Ted Bundy. There are a lot of sociopath's and I'd go one step further to say that there are many psychopath's in power position's within the WT organization.   GAYLE- It may take federal or government pressure to get the WT Society to conform to court orders to hand over documents regarding child abuse in the JW organization. I agree with you- this issue isn't going away, it's not going to stop. I get the feeling that the attorney Irwin Zalkin IS going to keep pursuing this until the WT database files are exposed and opened to court scrutiny. I think he's playing hardball. And that's a good thing. WT Society is a criminal organization and it needs to be exposed

  LISTENER- O.K. So they have elders who have committed child abuse in the past. Then they should REMOVE them from serving as elders in authority positions where they have access to children or are looked at as an alleged " example " to the flock. And they should remove " higher ups " , i.e. GB members who have molested minors as well.

  If they instituted a policy of NEVER appointing any former child molesters as an elder- it would be better. Sure it might make them look bad - but it's better than appointing pedophiles to elder's position's - you think ? Here's an even better idea- if any current elders or ANY JW is guilty of child abuse- elders should be directed to go IMMEDIATELY to police first- no WT legal first. Let Caesar's authorities do their jobs

  FINKELSTEIN- Yeah, I understand that WT Society can CLAIM that Satan's spirit has left former child molesters, they "repent " allegedly , etc. etc. But I can claim my left nut is a testacle from a reincarnated alien also- doesn't make it so. If anyone has an " evil " spirit within them- it's the GB and WT leaders who irresponsibly appoint men as elders who have committed felony child abuse- a serious crime.

  AWAKE AT LAST- I totally agree with everything you say. This IS one of the most important topics happening within the corrupt WT organization right now. The fact that the corruption is continuing unabated within the JW cult is indefensible on the part of the Governing Body. And it's unforgiveable that the GB will NOT release information to the courts requesting child abuse policies in written form or release the child molester database file to courts. It smacks of GUILT because WT Society DOES have enormous crimes to hide. They'd rather pay out millions $$$ in child abuse lawsuits than risk exposing themselves to deeper or further criminal prosecution. The more we expose these crimes- perhaps some of the lurking elders here will effect change and make noise about it to the rank & file JW's.

  STILL TOTALLY ADD- I agree with you. The Governing Body IS aiding and abetting child rape and torture by their policies of neglecting to protect JW children. Especially when former child molesters are appointed as elders again ! it's just beyond belief. But you can't make this stuff up. It really happens. You are correct- WT leaders will do whatever is necessary to keep the WT organization going - even sacrificing children as molestation victims trying to pay their way out of guilt for allowing it. But WT leaders are so calloused- I truly believe they are sociopaths and psychopaths who feel NO guilt or remorse. They know exactly what they are doing in regards to child abuse happening in their midst. Survival as an organization is more important than justice being done for abused children
