  I miss Flipper...

  and i hope he and the mrs are ok. the area he lives in go hit with alot of snow last week and along with the snow there were a lot of power outages.

  i'm hoping flip and the mrs are keeping warm.. good folks, the both of them.. .

  i ran into a father and his 10 yr old jw daugther .

  i asked for the mag's and started anti= witnessing.

  i'm guessing the man was about 40 yrs old and ask him how long he's been a member of the wts.?

  I'm sure this must be an isolated experience for the JDubs, but in my old cong, since pushing down the stairs is mentioned in the post above, that happened to a sister, and believe it or not they did advise she get away from him, a minsterial servant at that ! Like I said must've been one of the few times they told a sister to get out of the situation!

  Ya know Syl, I read this post about a minute after it was up, so no replys were here yet, however, I see we all have more or less the same answer, having been in the Borg, I had a "friend" in high school, the only person who honestly kept up a friendship with me, maybe it was just pity, who knows.

  one sport that i think is lame is pro hockey.

  it's the only sport where players are expected to beat the crap out of each other.

  it's not as much about scoring but how many punches were thrown!

  i remember when i was going to the meetings there were questions that i had which i could never get good answers too.

  just one of them i had was how to explain how you knew if you were one of the one hundred and forty four thousand.

  i remember trying to explain this to one of my work friends and the reasoning of you just know, like you know if u are a boy or girl sounded stupid to him.

  I'd like to hear them answer why they're not charitable, since they claim to be the only true religion, why don't they have food and clothes drives for the needy like the "worldly religions" do. You can't feed the hungry with a Watchtower or Awake !

  tomorrow on the history channel there's a special called bigfoot: the definitive guide.. the picture that they used for this in the ny daily news which is supposedly bigfoot looks like a guy wearing a gorilla suit, when you look at his face, it definitely looks like some guy who glued hair all over his body and face, except for the eye area, his blue eyes are showing !.
