Thinking of joining Satan's team so I can use Darth Vader powers at the Kingdom Hall!
by Witness 007 inalways wanted to use the "mind chokehold" on some elders....."okay brothers to conclude our meeting we will sing........aaaah....uhhhh.....can't breath....jehoo......arrr.
" or reach out towards the microphone and have it "levitate" into my hand, jedi style, and then say; {vader deep voice}"do not underestimate the power of the darkside...{deep breathing} or the "jedi mind trick"..."you don't need to see my service report...i'm not the brother your looking for....".
if satan gave me these powers i would hand over my pissy little soul for sure...i welcome the dark lord!

My son attacked by militant Vegans

Maybe they could smell bacon on him, and got hungry, then got mad at themselves for getting hungry, so they took their anger out on your son.

Were you a good witness in school?
by keyser soze ini have to confess that i really wasn't.
it wasn't that i was bad.
i just didn't do all the things that were expected of me.. i remember being envious of those kids they would interview at meetings and assemblies; the ones who could stand up in front of all their classmates and talk about "the truth".

Yes I was a good little JW. I gave the little blue brochure with the depressed looking kid on the front to my teachers. I didn't stand for the anthem or pledge, didn't do after school activities, or holiday things. I never tried to start any biblestudies at school, but when asked I nervously explain JW beliefs. There was also the teasing and other abuse from the other kids. About the 6th grade things got bad, and I went to a psychologist. I was diagnosed with social anxiety, and depression (gee I wonder why) , and put on imipramine. I eventually stopped taking the imipramine, but I was still a nervous wreck through the rest of high school.
There was always a part of me that wanted to be normal, but I figured that was just satan tempting me.
Even if I wasn't a JW I doubt I would've been Mr. popular captian of the football team, but atleast I would've been able to have a normal and happy childhood.
What's done is done, and cannot be undone I suppose.

Whatever you do don't go outside and say its name three times!
Hmmm... I'd think the final collapse would be much quicker than a couple of decades. The thing with iron is that it takes more energy to fuse iron into heavier elements than it creates. Eventually the iron core will collapse so fast that all the protons and electrons will fuse to form neutrons forming a neutron star. If the star is very massive not even the strong nuclear force can overcome gravity, and it will collapse to form a black hole. The final collapse of the core is supposed to be very quick, like a fraction of a second, the rest of the star falls in and compresses the core further releasing a huge amount of energy and the star goes kerplowie, and this is how we get all the elements heavier than iron.

Oh, well if you got depressed in the first five minutes then maybe it's good you didn't watch it all.
So no one else saw this on TV or watched it on youtube?
Maybe I should've made the topic title more snazzy or something.

Did you actually watch the whole thing? The part with Kilimanjaro and it's glaciers nearly gone was pretty shocking.
