Chris Isaak: Heart Shaped World. Two songs are punchy with a great driving rythm, sad but exhiliarating. "Wicked Game" and "Don't Make Me Dream About You."

Low carb...............high protein diet
by vitty inok so now im more confused than ever.................... i have found out information that says you should eat 1gram of protein to every lb you weigh...............ok i can do that , i thought.
4oz--100gram chicken breast, thats not a lot, but that is not how its calculated .
100 grams of chicken is only 14 g protein.. so if i ate only chicken for a day say 10oz--300 gram................= 1,120 calories ( my limit ) its only 42 grams of protein.. can anyone explain it, have i got it wrong .

I lost 25 pounds on Adkins, and that was three years ago. I've kept it off by permanently changing my eating habits for life. I eat a modified low-carb diet now, meaning if I'm "naughty" one day, I watch what I eat the next! Even after my hysterectomy a year ago, I haven't gained weight. I was 127 lbs when I went into surgery, and this morning I was 128.5. I also do 50 sit ups and ride my stationary bicycle for 5 mins per morning.
Vitty, there's good low carb bread for toast and sandwiches made by Saralee, called "Delightful" with only 9 carbs per slice.
Low carb's easy. Just pay attention to what you're consuming, and balance your meals. I feel great eating this way, and I include fruit and vegetables.
And a big glass of Chardonnay, of course! That's good for ya, too!

MY OBSERVATIONS FROM THE MEMORIAL TONIGHT (just got home)
by Mary inwell, as per usual, the memorial talk bored the hell out of me, but i found it, in one way to be an improvement over last years when they had the most boring speaker on the planet there http://www.jehovahs-witness.com/6/111544/1.ashx this guy at least knew how to speak.
unfortunately, he didn't have much of a script to work with.. there was the mention of adam sinning and mankind needing a redeemer etc., no mention of when the israelites left egypt though.
that's probably the first year i've ever seen where this hasn't been mentioned.

((((Balsam)))). I'm so sorry. Isn't it so very strange, how life just goes on for them, and they don't see it is NOT normal, what happened? My Grandma died, too, from refusing blood. I can still see her in my mind's eye, lying ill in bed, and I was just five years old. I see now how un-natural it was, for a Grandma to see her little granddaughter begging her to get well, while knowing her course was leading to death. How could she do that to a child?
Wierd, wierd people! I wish you peace tonite. Thankfully you and your sons are out!

I think I did a really bad thing.
by emilyblue ini do not attend the same hall as my boyfriend because he is currently reproved for being involved with me.
i'm not a witness.
he confessed to his elders that he had sex with someone outside of marriage after his second divorce was already final.

"I don't know how to fix this..."
I'm not sure why you would want to! Imagine what the rest of your life will be like, if you get mired in this JW mess. Run, don't walk, to the nearest exit!

Is the WTS looking for new ways to increase membership?
by cultswatter inthe world wide service report for last year showed a pitifull increase of only 1.6%.
that is about the same for normal population increase so there was no real net growth.
now with the door to heaven wide open just think of all the kooks who always wanted to be remnant now can be remnant.

Haha, Tyrone, how do you know Rutherford's ass was fat? The reason I'm asking is, I like a little wine myself, and I don't want my ass to get fat!

As you said, he's an idiot. Consider the source. Just chuckle and say, "Yeah, whatever, sure!" Then ask him if he saw some marbles on the floor, cuz you think he lost his.

Mine watches the Sci-Fi channel all the time and nothing else, unless it's a bloody- gory war movie with guns and guts! I get SO bored! Even on a balmy summer evening, he sits in front of that crap. He won't come for a walk with me & the dog, or sit on the patio to chat over a glass of wine with me. So, I just go by myself. I get tired of the TV running all the time. It's like he doesn't know how to enjoy peace & quiet, or read a book. He was raised that way, what a shame.
That's one of the few good things I can say about being raised a JW child... I learned to read and enjoy books. I wasn't allowed to watch much TV, and so I read a lot.
