  it seems as though many people come to this board and leave in a short space of time.. it's a pity.. there are people on this board who are very nice and polite even when discussing various views.

  this leads to understanding and concern.

  i would like to meet you people.. please post in here.. i term nice as being kind, not cursing, love for god almighty, thrives on the right things in life, not hurting other's feelings, etc.. blessed star

  howdy all.. it's amazing how modernized the world is now.

  i'm wondering if any of you people think that computerized and new technology is taking away the fun of natural life?.

  eg 1. children are behind computers games more than playing in the park.

  Your question(s) are so subjective. A picnic in Phoenix is not a fun thing. When I was staying in Dallas, to get out take a walk was like hiking in a mall parking lot. To commune with nature in Dallas, you gotta drive quite a ways. When I was in LA, all I could think of was that I was glad I wasn't allergic to asphalt or cement. To "picnic" safely in most city parks often requires firearms

  
  That's really sad then cosmic. I think at least you can go for a holiday by a relative or friend who don't have that kind of problem. It may be a breather for you. Maybe you need it and you don't know.

  Like I said, modern days have taken away some of the good things of this earth. I am not saying technology is bad or anything. But some of natural sites should be enhanced and kept.

  TV series&movies-CURSING!!!

  how do you feel about tv shows & movies at present?.

  do you think it is appropriate for children to be viewing comedies with cursing and sexual encounters?.

  don't you think movies have more cursing even though they are rated "g"?.

  This is not true, Get out of the big cities where no one has time for pleasantries and you will still find nice people. Treat people with respect and they'll return the favor. I never said there weren't nice people on this planet. But what kind of shows can children view that would impact positively in their innocent lives? Their minds have become corruted - most of them. And who should we blame? blessedstar

  no i haven't read the replies to my last post although i'm finding it hard to resist.. but let me just add some things.

  there is no doubt that some of you 'apostates but you don't even know it' thought you have given some very clever respones.. just to clarify, i've had my share of the world and i'm glad i'm out of it, you however are hanging around on a jw site this is my first and last day of looking on here - and i'm only on here to wnd you lot up, .
