Someone told me today in a chat room that Australia is still charging for WT literature. I am certain that Australia switched to the donation arrangement 2-3 years ago. Help please.

Coming to Canada August 30th-wanna party?
by ashitaka inyup, i'm visiting naeb and going to a tragically hip concert, but i figure i'll be up there with the wifey for about five days.
who wants to party with us?.
i'm sure naeb has things planned (like getting me smashed and laughing his ass off while my wifey photographs me in compromising positions so that the imcriminating pics can be posted gleefully here).

Name some must have rock records
by Leander ini've spent a lot of time on allmusic.com and it amazes me how much nirvana is mentioned when the reviewers rate other albums.
so its a no brainer that nirvana's work should probably have a place in every rock collection, but what are some other albums every rock fan should listen to if not own.

Jesus, finally somebody mentioned Jethro Tull.
"Thick as a Brick" and "A Passion Play" are the two best prog rock albums ever.

Will I Die?
by professor inmy doctor recently told me that my blood pressure is normal, but at the higher end of normal.
i should lower my cholesterol level via diet and exercise.
fine.. recently i applied for a job that allows me to further my education during the week but will still provide for my family.

Thursday I had a physical. My doctor ordered an EKG, an echogram and I had to wear a holter monitor for a day and keep a diary. Why? Because my blood pressure is sky high and my heart beats so hard you can see my shirt move.
However, my nurses didn't say anything about dying. In fact they were all very excited to see me for further exams.

Too much bad language, sex & pics
by Simon inplease can everyone think twice before they make posts containing bad language (even if not directed at individuals), graphic sex talk and nude or semi-nude pictures (especially if explicit).
this is not what the forum is here for.
if you want to post stuff like that then there are lots of places on the internet for it and, more importantly, if people want to see and read stuff like that then they are quite capable of going to these places themselves.. i know everyone likes to 'let their hair down' now and again, me included, and i like pictures of sexy women as much as anyone .

What's Your Pet Peeve?
by DB inof course, the wts is pretty much a pet peeve of almost everyone here.
but besides that, what's your pet peeve?
i'm in a playful mood today, so here's mine, with some tongue-in-cheekiness, of course: .

I have three pet peeves.
One, people who ask "why am I on ignore??" when I type "So-And-So on ignore."
Two, familiar clerks who still ask me to take my I.D. out of my wallet
Three, APOSTATE HATERS OF JEHOVAH ON THIS DISCUSSION BOARD
