Someone told me today in a chat room that Australia is still charging for WT literature. I am certain that Australia switched to the donation arrangement 2-3 years ago. Help please.

I suppose it depends on where the WTBTS can get away with it.

Australia stopped charging for literature in January 2000.
The Australian Government introduced a Goods & Services Tax (GST) in July 2000.
Co-incidence that Australia suddenly changed over the donation arrangement, even though it's sister country New Zealand has had it (and GST) for years?
