  my JWD heros

  i was watching cnn tonight honoring their heros and i thought of some heros i want to mention from jwd.. these are some heros from jwd 2007.. r.f.~ for quickly coming out of the oganization this year, overcoming the obstacles and maintaining grace and composure through the entire process.

  seven006 ~ for coming on the scene during the trevorgate fiasco and bringing some sanity out of the insanity for me.

  it helped heal the board, we needed you and you came at the right time.. eryn/eclipse ~ your love and friendship has been inspiring.

  Wow, so many here have made an impact on me.

  My hero is probably Lady Lee. Just reading what she went through is inspiring. Also, Purps, for dealing with the abusive man (been there, done that--it sux).

  Never threw away any music. They seemed obsessed with it. I remember them coming out with the ban on death metal and rap.

  When I was a teen they had a part on the DC about music that debases. I had every album they mentioned.

  A new man in my life

  my partner introduced me to a new man and since i met him i have slept with him every night.

  hes very jealous and posessive and doesnt really like me to be out of his sight.

  he has had me hard at it all night long and hes definately a boob man.. my partner has been relegated to changing his nappy and the odd cuddle when hes asleep.. here are some photos:.

  Awww, Katie. That seriously made my day!!! My son was a boob man too. He wore me out. My old man changed diapers and played with him--but the feeding was all me.

  Ron Wood and Keith Richards. They've had my heart since I was about 10 years old.

  I've seen AC DC three times. Angus is awesome. BTW, there were Christians outside the arena telling us we were all going to hell. They had their panties in a wad about the "Highway to Hell" and "Hell's Bells" songs. My ears rang for several days--it was GREAT!

  This story was on the news last night.

  This senator is just looking to see if they are truly non-profit. Judging from some of the mansions these folks live in, I would say there's definitely profit. These preachers could have built things for the community and helped many people with all the money spent on their church buildings, homes, and luxury automobiles.

  There does need to be action taken against people living a tax-free life of the rich and famous.

  many of you will be happy to hear that this is my departure from this forum for awhile... i need to wean myself off it, get in shape and record my album... i'll post a link when it comes out.

  that said, merry christmas and happy new year to you all.

  i've had fun here on this site, almost all of you to a person are intelligent and well meaning.... i remember as a youth, i was a hard core jw, mostly becasue i thought i was doing what was right; as time went on and things didn't add up, i started doing as the bible tells me to do in 1 thess.

  I'm gonna miss you, my fellow southerner and football fan!

  Everything you said in your above post is true. I too empathize with kids who are born into this mess. The "truth" really does a number on us, huh? Anytime I look back, it makes me really angry to imagine all the things that COULD HAVE been. At least you are moving forward. Like you, I am amazed at the strength of the people here. Some stories I've read here have really made me need to stop whining about my little problems.

  Good luck with your music. Do you have a band or are you solo? Do you play in any clubs? I'll be watching for you to post the info when it is ready. Can't wait to hear it. Bluegrass, right?

  Oh, and Open Mind, that "Bama sucks" thread would surely get my fingers flying! LOL.

  How do you feel about Photo Radar?

  recently, in my great city of phoenix, arizona, i received a notice of violation for speeding even though the actual person (a woman) who was captured by the photo radar was driving a car which wasn't mine with a plate that wasn't registered to me.

  i took it to the media and they did an interview with me, which you can see here: www.kpho.com/video/14785490/index.html.

  my biggest issue or concern is that i am jumping through hoops to clear this up with the arizona department of public safety.

  This sounds like a real pain in the butt. Once an error like this is made, it almost takes an act of congress to correct it.
