My son wants "Guitar Hero" for Christmas. We bought him a real guitar last year. He's never learned to play. I dust it occasionally.

Funeral I went to Saturday, has made me think a lot about. . .
by Pioneer Spit...oh, i mean Spirit inthis fabulous 42 yr old, fun, smart, dear wife and mother of 2 teenage boys.
she was incredibly close to her older sister, they were best friends, and naturally the whole large family is devastated.
even her sons' basketball coach stood up to speak of her and sobbed uncontrollably about how dear a person she was, especially dying so young.

Almost all of my family was "worldly" when I was growing up. Now we are much closer, since they are no longer doomed to destruction in my eyes.

They should pay
by dinah injust reading this board and seeing the effects of this religion makes me sick.
sure those who stay in, who are spiritually asleep (imho) are okay--but what about those of us who woke up?

I think they should have to pay until they fix what they have broken, especially those of us who were born in. If you were an adult and fell for this, I just don't understand it.
They told me there was no reason to try and build a life here with the rest of HUMANITY. They told me if I didn't follow God's rules (adjusted to the WT rules) He would kill me in a bloody, merciless way. I never thought I'd make it to the 3rd grade!!!!!! Well, I guess the anger is boiling up again. Just damn them to hell. Oh yeah-----don't believe in that either.
Scenario: the whole ground opens up and swallows Bethel--complete with screams and babies.

When I hear Muslim, I mentally check to see if my shotgun is loaded. They want to wipe us off the face of the earth.
My daughter gets letter from my ex, he's joined the black-power muslims in prison. I told him to cease and desist.
I like Dawg. He just has a good sense of humor that seems to occasionally piss people off.

it's set in the mid-west during the farm crisis when many people were losing their farms to the banks.. google mike ryan and you can probably get most of the story.

Racists use religion to further their cause, using the "pure race" of the Israelites as their model. Of course, the Israelites weren't white. They were pretty mixed up 'cos they kept inter-marryin'.

Sounds like you've gotta lotta spirit. Just not the kind your name infers to.
Yes! It's important to have friends and let your friends know you love them. It's important to let your kids know you love them, AND your spouse, parents, grandparents, the list goes on and on. It's also important to let them know your love isn't dependant on your status in an organization.
I'm so sad for those two boys losing their mom. We should all love those close to us (real or imagined----I like that) while we are still here.
