  Ironic hypocrisy of Bethel "service"

  i normally let people make their own decisions with a very hands off approach, but after reading the "living together in bethel" (or whatever the name of the piece of crap book is) i need to vent a bit.. anyone here is very familiar with the "quit your job or at least cut way back" talks that we were subjected to seemingly every other week.

  after all, good dubz need time to prepare, attend, pioneer etc.

  a good friend of mine left her job at an insurance co. to pioneer.

  my guess is they will not release information of such a personal nature plus he was a "quasi-bethelite."

  i would be more than happy to scan and post current kms to reexamine.org.. problem is that i don't receive the km.

  if someone snail mailed me a photocopy each month i would scan and post it for all.. pm me if this is possible.. some who receive the km have "fear" of the wtbts (not necessarily unwarranted).. i have no such fear or concern.

  so folks csapturing my ip address, etc....is of no concern.. thank you.

  Problem is that I don't receive the KM. If someone snail mailed me a photocopy each month I would scan and post it for all.

  Some who receive the KM have "fear" of the WTBTS (not necessarily unwarranted).

  I have no such fear or concern. So folks csapturing my IP address, etc....is of no concern.

  Was Judge Rutherford a Success?

  can judge rutherford be considered successful person?

  the answer is "yes, he was very successful indeed.".

  this is amazing, because rutherford really was quite an ignorant man, particularly about science.. he was, however, very very crafty, and was able to place himself as president for life of a religious organization, and have all the members of the religion thinking that he was chosen by jehovah god himself to lead and manage the religion.

  I believe he was a public prosecutor for a few years in MO but I am uncertain if it was an elected position.

  You wrote "Rutherford was a success as a politician"

  I have read that he was involved in politics (and of course you could be referring to "political" within the organization) but have yet to find a solid reference.

  "Rutherford Uncovered" mentions it as does Gruss but ...nothing specific like "in 19XX, Rutherford ran for office of XX and won/lost..."

  Do you have any information regarding his life as a politician?
