  rape and molestation victims do scream........... they scream to the elders about it....... after which they are promptly "reproved" or "disfellowshipped" for not screaming!......... then their whole support group, including their familys are instructed to stay away from the victim............ meanwhile, the victims contemplates suicide........... then after the suicide,............. the elders are glorified, informing everyone that the rape victim was just like "judas".....

  a few thoughts about the society's efforts to protect itself from litigation.. i attended the elder's seminar a few years back where we were instructed to write in our elder's manual a few extra instructions pertaining to filling out the society's disfellowshipping forms and other aspects related to judicial cases.

  that was nothing terribly unusual.

  we often wrote in clarifications and updates during meetings with the co. this time was a little different because we filled an entire page with seven(i think) specific instructions.

  the gov body has already put in writing that the elders involved in a pedophile case should contact them for "advice".......... i suppose in court they will have to lie about what advice they actually gave.......... i can hear them now;........ "no,... we never instructed the elders to silence the molestaion victim"......."we never advised the elders to remind the molestaion victim that 2 witnesses are required, or they will be reproved for slander".........

  please feel free to add any that you find as annoying and hypocritical as mine.... last night, brother gramaton* delivered the # 2 talk (bible reading).

  he received all of this "wonderful, upbuilding" counsel from brother hank*, the school overseer.

  hi eduardo,......... you are right about cult leaders enjoying the power of the situation.......... only i beg to differ on how many of them get off on it...........i would say "most" of them do!!!!!........ they love to be the school overseer.

  kinda like the gov body claiming to be god's mouthpiece!.... with no credentials!.........claiming to be the faithful and discreet slave, instucting the whole world................ they get off on it!!!!!!!!

  i feel sorry for all of them,,,,,,,,,,,the blood issue so is hard to deal with because victims themselves take such a stand for what they have been hypnotized to believe........ they are so firmly convinced that their viewpoint is correct, they are willing to die for it.........

  to bad it's not as simple as the pedophile issue, where victims don't support the actions of the pedophile or the elders decision to silence it......

  matt 18:6 says; but whoever "stumbles" one of these little ones, who put faith in me, it is more beneficial for him to have hung around his neck a 'millstone' such as is turned by an ass, and to be 'sunk' in the wide open sea.

  i understand that alot of child abuse victims from your organization are comming forward!

  144,000 and one,........ good point, am i sober!.......... yes i am!!!!....... but alot of the victims are not,,,,,, their lives are so screwed up......many of them are disfellowshipped.....for various things....like drugs, and they might even have a criminal record....... because molestation victims often find it hard to deal with what is happening to them, and they go off the deep end......... and it all stems from being molested, and how it was silenced by the elders.

  i want them all to come forward and talk to an experienced attorney who is not afraid of the gov body's lawyers........ they are going to win.

  jw victims.......... don't let these people scare you off,........ you can win in court....... yes you can,.... if you can produce facts........ the lawyers of the gov body are in deep trouble...... your factual testimony about the "elders silencing you"..... because of not having "2 witnesses"....... and them not directing you to call the police, or warning you to be silent about the matter, under threat of disipline ........will nail them......... go for it!!!!!........ you deserve to be compensated.
