Media Sensationalizes Nukes vs Terrorists
by Amazing inlistening to cnn and other news outlets, i find that the media pundits are making a big deal out of nuke plants vs terrorists.
in one case on cnn they are either illinformed or dishonest.. the claim was made this morning that nuke plant containments have never been tested for an airplane crashing into them.
this is false.. i posted on this topic two or three weeks ago.

women in the bible
by celebrate inrecently, i was taking part in a discussion about women and how a lot of the ideas about women came from the bible.
as we discussed this, it seemed most of the stories were negative, with the only exceptions being ruth and esther.
negative references include references to eve, jezabel, deliah, divorced women, widows, and lot's wife, were fairly frequent.

Are just Jehovah's Witnesses the choosen people?
by serenaj92 inwhy is it in the bible that it does say that jesus said to take the bread and the wine in the last supper, but he doesn't say its restricted only to the 144,000 going to heaven?
he was talking to his apostles of course, so does that mean only the elders, and anointed should do this?
i have looked in the bible on who should and shouldn't do this and have found nothing.

the FBI's Project Megiddo (PM) report
by Mindchild in"project megiddo" is the fbi's strategic assessment of the potential for domestic terrorism in the united states.
the report generated under project megiddo states the intent was "to analyze the potential for extremist criminal activity in the united states by individuals or domestic extremist groups who profess an apocalyptic view of the millennium or attach special significance to the year 2000.
the following quote is from this article:"the making of project megiddo & the secret agenda to destroy christianity in america" http://www.networkusa.org/fingerprint/page1b/fp-secret-agenda.html.

Is the Devil really that clever?
by TheHighPriest inpeople usually turn to god in times of distress and tend to forget about god when things are going a bit better, right?
so if the devil really wanted to succeed in turning people away from god all he would have to do is make life more comfortable for all of us.
i mean lets face it if everyone was loaded with money had access to every convenience, if health was not an issue we all had to confront would we look to god for salvation then?
