there may be no way legally for me to stop this, but it is a worry since i "woke up" to the truth about the truth a couple years ago.. now my young kids (9 and 11) are heading in that direction at the urging of their mother.

i am still inside and trying to do a fade (for family/friend reasons) but sometimes i wonder if leaving would be smarter in the long run for them.

any thoughts or strategies are welcome.. .

So, the organization behind the TRADEMARKED name is the Jehovah's Witnesses. It is a corporation offering a BINDING contract as per the second question asked when being baptised. In most, if not all states, a legally bound contract is usually unenforceable, or void when under the age of 18. I would explain to your wife that your child, based on the second baptismal question, is NOT old enough to make this agreement.

The prosecution had a SHIT case. You can infer that she was guilty, but solely looking at the evidence presented said otherwise. There was not sufficient info for a guilty rendering - the prosecution should have offered a plea deal up front instead of being so pious. It was ALL or NOTHING for them, and they lost.

Read the Sumerian texts - men were bred/created as slaves. The Bibles beginning chapters open up as a "road map" of resources on Earth. Ask yourself why? What possible explanation exists for the detailed account of all the resources being sites and their location. Its a way point for someones return, or if someone needed to reoccupy a certain location for resource wealth due to localized overthrow, etc (Spaniards did the same thing when they came to the New World).

i know from my own experience that i would be a total f**k up, i would have taken the entire family into the borg, after my guilt after leaving this several years ago i am totally grateful to her for the rejection of my previous beliefs, i would have subjected the children to all the self esteem eroding ideas of a few old men in the governing body!.

i think i'm probably now a humanist, with respect for the here and now and trying to cope with the idea that people don't live forever as i see it in my weekend job of working in a nursing home, and feeling utter disgust at the governing bodies ideas at immortality which were totally wrong!.

i think it was robin williams that said if women were in control there would be no wars but intense negotiations every thirty days, lol.

below are the average occurances of specific words plottet as a function of year for the watchtower.

the occurences has been normalized such that for instance an occurance of 0.1 correspond to the given word being used an average of 0.1 times per page in the watchtower for that year.

(a page is assumed to contain 3000 characters).. any good ideas?

Bohm, can you run the same charts but instead of looking for a specific word, find what words appear the most, excluding - "and", "is", stuff like that?

oh gosh, i could be opening up a can of worms with this one, but.. what the hell!.

it seems to me that there is a disproportionate amount of jws who are involved in kinesiology or hk (health kinesiology).

i mean, if i asked the average guy or gal where i worked if putting a crystal on your bellybutton, moving your arm up and down and charging $100 to cure your ills made any sense they would say, hell no!.

That (the mind), and do we really know anything about the body? Western medicine is based on curing the symptoms, not the cause. Eastern medicine is different... humans are basically walking batteries with magnetic fields.
