this might seem like a strange question...but if anyone's familiar with the concept of copyrights.... i am thinking of making an illustrated book including quotes from various inspirational music and movie artists complete with artistic portraits of the artists (that are not copied from photographs...) and i was wondering if i could get sued over something like that...

Hmmm, yes, but their is that think you often see in reports on TV, where they have to blurr people's face because they didn't have the permission to use it on tv...would that apply?

What silly rules did your congregation make up?
by weinermcgee inelders were famous for making up stupid rules with no bible base at all as an ego trip i guess, what were some of yours?
i am not talking about the stupid rules that we all had to follow, just the congregation specific silly ones.. 1. having to button your jacket while on stage (this was later changed due to all the elders having a beer gut).
2. suits only or no privledges.

The Lion King?! Really??! It was encouraged to watch it over here because of the similarities with Satan, God and Jesus...and good taking over bad...and all that stuff. I remember people making big about how great it was for JW kids to watch.
