  my tissue exploded like a popped bird when i sneezed this morning. There was once a whole tissue and then there was fluff. I think that happened to god too - just fluff.

  Bachelor's Degree

  i finally graduated with my bachelor's degree last saturday.

  i really wish i hadn't taken as long as i did.

  my high school graduation was 30 years ago.

  Brinjin - you are in the very same situation I find myself in - hating my job. I have also looked at studying something more along what I want but man it's so expensive here.....so I'm still looking.

  Graphic design is great! I had very hands on experience when I was in advertising. I would design the ads, the layout, do a bit of copy writing. We worked on Cs5 at the time - I wish you the very best!!!!

  *lost* I have done so much reading, I have really taken in as much as i can and continue to do so. It's my life experience that I have come to the conclusion there is no god and I'm good with it. So we can agree to disagree because we both can respect each others choices. I thank you for all the support you have shown *hugs*

  *lost* Man may have done those things, but why must god sit back and be quite. Why must he not do anything? Why must we continually prove ourselves worthy? Too many whys for me........if there was a god he could step in anytime - why doesn't he appear to fighting nations and say "enough" in his booming godly voice, "I am god and I do not like what I see - carry on and I'll zap you. Love one another and I'll bless you"

  Nope my dear, too much horribleness in this world for me to believe in a god.

  SAD talk, a CLEAN consceince VS a CLEAR conscience. Such dubspeak

  i was informed by a witness that there was a "wonderful talk" at the sad this week.

  it was about a clear conscience as opposed to a clean conscience.

  a clear conscience is no proof of god's approval because one my not feel condemned by thier actions due to a faulty perspective.

  I do get the difference. I could go and have sex with a married man with a clear conscience as it may not bother my conscience at all - doesn't mean it's right. There is a difference between clear and clean. I've said that twice - I'm actually on some tablets right now and this makes perfect sense.

  I helped out an old friend!

  good day to all!.

  in my "home" congregation where i grew up, there were about 12 other "young ones" who went to the khall until they were 18. most migrated to other parts of the country, or simple just left and got married, or continued with their own lives.

  i'm so happy for them!.

  I hope he can find the strength to leave. He doesn't HAVE to do anything he doesn't want too. I know pressure is a huge thing though!

  for me it was meeting and marrying my current husband (who had once studied for the catholic priesthood).. the second best thing was having an affair during my first marriage (to the bethelite).

  he said "oh, this is all wrong.

  you have to get out of your marriage, and you have to get out of your religion.".
