  i know i'm not jwd's most popular participant but even i look at this place as a means of support sometimes.

  i just wanted to say that this morning my father died of a heart attack while in field service.. i am on my way to new mexico with my daughter.

  as some of you know i am df'd so you know how that goes when attending a jw funeral.

  Penultimate - What is this word for?

  But to be back on topic, I believe the word, "penultimate" exists only for public speakers, politicians, and pundits to misuse when referring to the most or to the extreme.

  i have found a lot of people no longer believe in god or jesus since leaving the organization.. im very shocked at this.

  if you dont believe, can you tell me what brought to that conclusion?.

  i was told to look at the thread that one of the members in this forum has created, they are very interesting, but i wanted to get a some feed back from different individuals.. thanks!

  That being said, I think there is a crative force out there, but is not really concerned with what goes on here among humans.

  I'm staring at Your Vigor for Life Appalls Me, a book of Robert Crumb's letters 1958-1977. I want to read it but I am not in the right mental place for it right now.
  
  I might open up An Underground Education by Richard Zacks because it's short pieces on a variety of subjects.

  Lookin for a JW boy?

  hiya im natasha, ive had a study b4 with the jws but im not a baptized jw!

  i would like 2 start back up with a study and im lookin for a friendship/relationship with a jw boy to help me through it!

  That was me years ago. I stayed as a JW Boy long after my body became mature. I did not become a man until I began to think, until I started viewing other humans as people, not just characatures of evil and sin. Like when I made friends with gay people I learned they weren't perverts and couldn't dismiss them like I had as a Dub.
  
  I grew up a lot after leaving the Truth™.
  
  Of course a Dub feels the Government is after him... it's Satan™'s arm by which the Dub will eventually be persecuted. And speaking of persecution, every time he is disagreed with it is taken as an act of being persecuted and reinforces the sense of self-righteousness and being in the Truth™.
