Thanks for your help, defender of truth. I know nothing more about this case other than what you have posted.
Please keep searching because this would be an important ruling if Mr. Otuo wins in his lawsuit against WT of Britain.

andrea montgomery was found guilty as charged on each of the 6 charges of child rape of her biological son, alan von webb, the oldest boy of four children.
today, many media people were there in the courtroom for the first time since the trial started.. the verdict came in about 3:30 p.m. which took time for the judge to read, etc., so i learned about it at 4 p.m. when the father of the four children, now young adults, called us.
one of the children has down's syndrome, and it's difficult to imagine, but he also was raped since a child by his mother.
The victims are now young adults and gave permission for their names to be used.
Regarding Angela Montgomery. We've all heard of psychopaths. That's what this woman has to be. She showed no emotion during the whole time except when she said loudly three times, "I never raped my son!" The children said their mother was a good cook, a fun-loving parent and had a nice calm household. In testimony a therapist read from her notes written when two of the boys saw her when they were around 10-12, and one boy said to the therapist, "My mom is like a wicked witch but poses as a fairy." This from the boy she dressed from birth as a girl when the dad wasn't around. At the same time this woman was looked upon as a fun-loving mature JW who studied the literature all the time. She regular pioneered or temporary pioneered often. I'm not blaming the Witness organization for her behavior. However, from all the child abusers in the WT organization, it is apparent that this type of religion must attract some people who are mentally-deranged. And what's so sad is that the WT's rules and beliefs protect these people from exposure.

Angela Montgomery is a good-looking woman. Her photo in the paper when charged two years ago was terrible. When she testified she went into the JW mode of speaking - very controlled, articulate and she sounded as if she was highly educated. The defense brought up the JW religion many times and so did Angela Montgomery. She said her former husband was behind all the charges. She never raped her son. What happened next would make for an amazing movie that is if you want to go to an X-rated one.

i was at a criminal trial all day in murfreesboro, tn, involving the notorious jw who i call "mommy molester," angela montgomery.
this is the reason i didn't know until this evening that the nightline program with the segment on jws was changed until tomorrow night.
(i forgot my phone.
As I said when I made the original announcement about the Nightline program, if there is "Breaking News" that is important, the Nightline show that features a JW segment will be moved to another night.
As of now, airdate got bumped again. Nightline is moved to Thursday now. (1235 Friday morning).

In this trial, Angela Montgomery, an active JW, was charged with six counts of rape of one of her sons. She has two other children who say they were raped by her too, but this trial is not about them.
Montgomery will go to trial for raping her daughter in the near future. So far, during this trial there was a significant amount of evidence presented and the testimony has been graphic and shocking.
Montgomery did live in Tennessee where she supposedly raped her kids, but she now lives in Oregon.
Maybe I shouldn't call her "Mommy Molester" if she is not yet convicted, but all her kids, at one time or the other, have been documented to say she did this to them over the years. I thought I heard it all when it comes to molestation, but this case is something else.
If you want to read the newspaper article when she was first charged about two to three years ago, do a search on JWN by the name Angela Montgomery.

important news:.
here in the united states, on wednesday morning, march 11th at 12:35 a.m., est, barring any breaking news the day before, the program, nightline, will air as their lead story a 9-minute segment about the watchtower (jehovah's witnesses).
the program is 30 minutes long and this segment is only one part of the show.
On the East Coast of the United States, the Nightline program airs on Wednesday morning at 12:35 a.m. Here in the Central Time Zone of the US, the program airs at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday night. Turning the clock forward has nothing to do with it. On the East Coast, if you watch a special program every evening at 8 p.m., even if you turn your clock forward, you will see your special program at 8 p.m. That's the same way it is for us who live in the Central Time Zone.
Simon's Flash News has the wrong day and time to see the program if you live in the Eastern Standard Time zone. I'll repeat myself: The Nightline program that has a segment about JWs airs Wed. morning at 12:35 a.m. That's in the wee hours of the morning if you live in New York or New Jersey, etc. and if you want to watch Nightline again, that's the time you'll see it even when you turn your clock backwards.
If I have totally confused you, don't worry about it. As soon as we hear when the program is on the Internet, the link will be posted on JWN.

"ABC News' Nightline is a Late-Night news television program. The half-hour program provides viewers in-depth reporting on the major stories in the news, and airs weeknights from 12:35 a.m. - 1:05 a.m., EST, on the ABC Television Network. Nightline's anchors are Juju Chang, Dan Abrams and Dan Harris."
(For those in Central or Pacific Time, the program is not airing tonight, Monday night. In New York it airs 12:35 Wednesday morning, which is considered the Tuesday night show to those who are Nightline fans.)
Here in Tennessee, we will watch this program March 10, Tuesday night at 11:35 p.m. I have no idea what time this program airs on Tuesday evening on the West Coast.
I would expect that this program will be available to view on the Nightline Website very soon.

Anybody know what the present disposition is in this case?
The following link is to the actual newspaper article:
A former Jehovah’s Witness is suing the UK branch of the religion and a London congregation leader for more than £150,000 after allegedly being ostracised following a business dispute.
Frank Otuo, 43, is suing the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of Britain and an elder of its Wimbledon congregation, Jonathan Morley, for defamation, saying he has been “disfellowshipped” over allegations of fraud he says are untrue.
As a life-long worshipper Mr Otuo, a property developer from Putney, claims he has lost hundreds of friends from within the tight-knit religious community.
A member of the Wimbledon congregation for 20 years, he also claims the move has violated his right to a family life because relatives who belong to the faith, including his ailing mother living abroad, are effectively barred from speaking to him.
According to papers lodged at the High Court, seen by the Standard, Mr Otuo claims to have suffered “near irreparable damage to his reputation, emotions, physical and psychological” and “extreme shunning by friends and family.”
The papers add: “My three young children [aged seven to 14] are finding it extremely difficult to cope with the fact that their dad has been ostracised by the only community they have ever known since birth.
“This is in addition to the spiritual harm and mental distress caused to me as a direct consequence of the action.
“I have lost all my friends who were only Jehovah’s Witnesses as they are not allowed to speak to me lest they face the same fate.
“The worship and faith was in essence everything my family and I lived for.
“It was our lives and everything else revolved around it. I am not allowed to have any spiritual association with my own wife and children [who still attend meetings].”
The business spat is said to have erupted in July 2012.
An unhappy creditor is said to have complained about Mr Otuo to congregation elders, who set up a committee and later booted out the father-of-three.
The court claim said Mr Otuo “vigorously denies the allegation of fraud and has consistently maintained his innocence”.
A court hearing is set for October 30.
Mr Morley declined to comment.
A Watchtower spokesman said it would defend the action.

Here is what Glover replied when he was asked about being raised as a JW:
"Back to the religion thing, because it does play a large role in the film, I read that you were raised as a Jehovah’s Witness. What was that experience like?"
Being a Jehovah’s Witness was interesting. I think it amplified my own alienness. I was always the odd one out, and Jehovah’s Witnesses don’t celebrate Christmas, you don’t say the Pledge of Allegiance, and when you have Jewish kids in the class who don’t celebrate Christmas everyone understands, but when you say you’re a Jehovah’s Witness they say, “So… You come to my door at 9 a.m. and wake my family up? I don’t understand any of your rules.” As a kid growing up in the South, people didn’t know what it was. It gave me a very different perception of what religion is because in the South, everyone is Southern Baptist. Jehovah’s Witnesses are Christian, but it felt small and almost cult-like in Atlanta.
"Did the constraints of being a Jehovah’s Witness push you to be more creative and artistic? Sometimes constraints can make you find fascinating workarounds—like movies in the ’40s and ’50s under the Hays Code."
I believe it made me see the world differently. Part of the religion is teaching you that the world is an evil place, so trying to reconcile really liking stuff in the world but also being told it’s bad makes you want to figure out, “What is this?” and “Why am I being drawn to this?” My creative outlet was definitely shaped by being a Jehovah’s Witness.
