i sent the following email to trevor following the revelation of trevorgate a few days back.. trevor [or whatever your real name is] - this is not hate mail.
and it won't be long.
i have like 5 minutes before i leave for work.
I dont buy it for a minute. I think its another cynical ploy for attention and sympathy.
I know people who have looked death in the face and witnessed various attrocities but whilst they have suffered from PTSD, they didnt feel the need to invent a make believe cancer victim wife. I think its sick and whilst I can respect AK Jeff for sending a considerate email, I think Trevor saw the opportunity for additional sympathy and took it.

surely these two events/situations/happenings mean little, nothing even, to those in the real world.. but since we're witnesses( some participatory) to them, they've affected us.. alot "went down" in a relatively short period of time.. do you feel the effects have been mostly positive, an opportunity to grow perhaps?.
or do you feel adversely affected?.
what about any lasting effects( positive or negative) you think they may have on the way ex-jws interact as a community?.

Linda was actually intending to leave Trevor for me.
Well as seen as we are all confessing.....Trevor was going to move in with me but after Linda passed over but couldnt do so before because he said the guilt would kill him - now I know she didnt exist - I feel used for the last 12 months; I think he only wanted me for sex.

well its a week since johnny wilkinson kicked the frogs into touch on their home turf, and i cant wait for the match tonight.. loads of people at work have bet on an england win (not at the bookies, just in the staff sweepstakes!
) and i cant help thinking they are voting with their hearts rather than their heads.
still coming second is no shame, given how stupendously crap we have been recently.. am off for an all you can eat chinese before the match - gonna need some serious fuel for 8pm, and i think every pizza`delivery man in the land is going to be overworked.. anyone else all revved up for the limb fest that is going to be england v south africa?.

as the year slows down towards winter we enter a time reflection and preparation for the coming year, it is, for many pagans (as well as christians) a time for rememberance of those passed over, loved ones who are with us no more.
this fits in well with the belief of many that at this time of year the veil between the spirit world and the physical is at its thinnest and our ancesters/loved ones are closer to us.. for those loved and missed, who would you choose to remember at this time of year and why?.

My Grandmother, Hilda Urmston who died 1st January 1994 at 00.15
I remember it distinctly because despite being away (some 150 miles away) I awoke without any explanation whatsoever; it was in the morning when the phone rang that before I answered the call, I said 'that will be my mother telling me Gran has died'". I was right!
She is sadly missed and forever in my thoughts -
She was grumpy harsh, and didnt suffer any fool gladly, but for some reason, she showed a softer more gentle side to me that not many saw, I was her favourite Grandson. I loved the 'Old Dragon'.
