I don’t know the background but that guy seems mortified in his explanation of what he has done whereas LE is completely incapable of contrition or any sense of shame over more serious misbehaviour. The contrast is stark.

I thought the story, from years ago, was that their mother was a JW but their father was not? And he was the one who pushed them to become tennis players not their mother. Is it true that their dad is a JW, did he become one recently, or is this a mistake? I find that most media “facts” turn out to be wrong. I would suspect they made a mistake here and it’s the mother not the father who is a JW. As for the rest of the “facts” in the story, who knows.

Lol the he’s now the go-to channel for the latest (two months old) “I can’t actually be bothered to research this” take on topics that have already been covered elsewhere by people who are actually interested in the subject. The new “faithful slave” doctrine doesn’t make much sense, because it says only the governing body comprise the “faithful slave”, not the anointed as a whole, as taught for many decades. If true, that means the “faithful slave” itself was wrong about its own identity for most of its existence. If the “faithful slave” didn’t even know who is the “faithful slave” then how can they trusted about anything?

Wow, Wing, I didn’t know that. I see him regularly on the Jimmy Dore show. I generally agree with his perspectives on the show. I’ve heard them talk about Mormons but not JWs.
