i thought it interesting and made a pdf of it.

It could be either because George Gangas from Greece,or might be an inference from mention of “International Bible Students Association”.
The claim that phraseology “Father, Son and Holy Spirit” is common in the Bible and JWs replaced it seems a wildly off description of the Johannine Comma.
The concern about fission and fusion weapons seems particular to the time—and now ours.
The focus on sales numbers is a reminder that the NWT was a bestseller in its day and probably a source of significant income for the Society, as well as being theological and ideologically significant.
Yes the “New World Society” was the JW catchphrase of the 1950s, snd gave its name to the Bible version. When I was a JW it was more common to refer to the “new system” rather than the “New World”, apart from the very popular panda tract, which was referred to as the “new world tract”.

Unfortunately, I think 2022 has the potential to be the worst year in history, by some margin. Because humans have capabilities for harming ourselves now more than at any time in the past, and we have a crisis that could lead us down that path. So it’s true, so far 2022 is nowhere near the worst year in history, but it’s got over eight months yet to go.
If we survive this year, the coming decades are looking pretty precarious too, because we have a changing climate that produces migrations that fuel wars that worsen climate change that produces migrations that fuel wars …
For one thing I’ve read that Russia actually stands to benefit from a warmer climate because it will increase their arable land area. So they have little incentive to curb carbon emissions. Other countries, such as India with well over a billion people, lying on the equator, and also a nuclear power, could become virtually uninhabitable. How will that play out?
Who knows what this century holds for humanity? If there is a God in charge maybe this is a time to intervene in history.

countless letters were received at watchtower headquarters in new york from concerned jw nurses, paramedics, and others who were instructed verbally on this new policy, but which contradicted existing written policy that had been in effect for many decades.. in addition to letters from witness medical professionals, circuit overseers in the field wrote to the us branch and hospital information desk in new york about the problems caused by this unreleased policy.
for example, south carolina circuit overseer brandon roberts reported to headquarters that "the majority of the nurses in our circuit were not aware of this updated policy.

What a mess.
During the pandemic the GB also told UK JWs that they could begin writing letters to the public, but didn’t put it in writing—not even in a confidential letter, only verbally.
They seem to like changing policies through low key channels now, while leaving as little as possible in writing.
It’s a bad idea all round from the point of view of spreading confusion and lack of trust among medical JWs and non JWs medics alike.
It’s best explained as a result of deliberations from GB members who really do believe themselves to be conduits from God, because it makes no sense from a practical or strategic perspective.
