Guilty Fast Food Pleasures

okay, what is the one fast food that you just love, but are a little ashamed to admit to?.

a detective character (sue grafton's kinsey milhone) in some mysteries i read has these guilty fast food pleasures.

just about every day she runs for miles on the beach, but then she is invariably ends up ducking into the mcdonald's drive thru with her little vw and scarfing a big mac or quarter pounder.

Ok.....Taco Bells 1/2 pound bean burrito especial with about 6 fire sauces,

Taco Bell's chicken quesadillas with lots of that extra yummy sauce they put on them,

Steak and Shake's Beef Taco Salad,

Dairy Queen's Mint-oreo blizzards...

.Big Macs....(except everytime I get one I find little peices of ground up bones!! YUCK!!!)

Gloria Jeans' (ok I know that's not exactly fast food) iced coffee (whatever they're called..I think iced mocas..raspberry dazzle flavor)

I'm sure I could think of alot more.....

After seeing myself in the mirror trying on clothes tonight I think I will stay away from all those things for a while

A question about the Bible?

as far as i can remember there was nothing ever mentioned about dinosaurs existing .

why to you think it only has the beginning with adam & eve and nothing before that even tho we know by fossils and skeletal remains that they did indeed roam the earth.

in jesus day they must have come across some skeletal remains or fossils but there is no mention of it .

Don't you think it is odd

I don't remember them taking time to write about skeletal remains of horses or dogs or other things either, though.

I'm not sure exactly how much time was between there being dinosaurs and when the bible was written. Maybe it was a small enough amount of time that they knew there were dinosaurs before them and it was such common knowlege they didn't feel the need to mention it in the Bible, or maybe they didn't have any clue that they had existed.

I don't really know how to explain that, but I think Upside/Down explained it correctly here:

There were 7 "creative days", the length of which is undeterminable and this allows for epochs of time during which early animal creations could have existed. Very simple and all inclusive illustration really.
