hey folks, this month i had some skin cancer removed and now on the 1st of august another one removed.
just a kind warning to you all, if you go out in the sun wear sunblock !
the scars are ugly and it is painful.
Sorry to hear about the cancer!!! I have several friends and family members that have gone through the same thing. They all say it is very painful and it leaves unsightly scars. I'm surprised I haven't had anything show up as I used to live to get a tan! Have you looked into laser surgery? They are able to help repair some skin problems...it might pay you to check into it. Also, be sure to take a daily multi-vitamin, you may want to take something that is targeted for the skin.

That's right you have us for starters!!! It sounds to me like you are being pretty hard on yourself!!! That's one thing that the JW religion does is to load you down with "guilt"....try to push that aside, we've all been there. Be your own best friend. I lost a lot of good friends too, in the process of leaving. It takes a while to make new ones...but keep trying, it will happen. LOVE yourself enough to take care of you and then you'll be able to love and take care of others.

You should be proud of your family!!! Don't let a religion take that away from you!!! That's all it is: a religious point of view. Live your life, raise your son and stand up and be proud of who you are!!! They (JW's) don't matter...who cares????????? Go talk to a counselor tomorrow or call a hotline tonight and take care of yourself. Get better. You deserve to live.

i believe that in the past i've started threads about ghosts and such but i haven't started one about me asking others if they have had a personal experience with a demon.. a couple of days ago i was talking to my dub son-in-law about how i wish i could believe in the unseen....such as ghosts, the paranormal, or anything out of the ordinary.. he said to me......"well what about demon stories"?
he related some stories that were given at an assembly from some who were greatly bothered by demons, mostly from africa.. so, what are we to make of those with such stories?
are they lying?
We are not the only living beings occupying the universe.....but it's hard to see something that is invisible.
