I find the Headship crap is just a means for a usurper man or women to ruin a happy family with the fodder to pummel each other if they get out of line, or does not meet their expectations. If anything is from the devil this idea is, it made me so dam miserable in my past marriage I could have vomited, some women and men are just looking for any means to have power over the other because their inner child is messed up. Watch Tower take your headship B.S. and put it in your buttox.

Did I challenge my JW husband too much?
by wordlywife inin case all of you don't know, i'm married to a wonderful jw man, for a few years now.
he was reinstated ater we were married.
anyway, i have children from a previous marriage and at times disagree with my husband on discipline, how things are explained, etc.

The John Denver Issue, vote now.
by londoner inthis is for those of you who sent me a private message saying you dont believe me, your letting your old jw traits come out, you know, not believing things when the facts stare you in the face unless it comes from the org.
maybee you should go back and re join them.. to confirm what happened .
i was at a john denver concert in the uk many years ago, he asked all catholics to stand up, after he got them seated he did the same with church of england, then the same with a couple of other religions, after he asked all jw's to stand up he announced that the concert would not go on untill they had all left and he then left the stage.

You got that right he was a Wanker, I seen the Johnny Carson show back in the day when Carson asked him if he did such things, he said yes so Carson told him to leave his stage.
Just because witness's have ideas I find weird and abusive they did not deserve to be treated like that, good riddens Denver you bloody Wanker: ("one who masturbates.").

i have to be very careful not to leave any plastic bags anywhere around my apartment or my cat will try to eat it.
i'm always paying close attention to the plastic bags that i bring home from the store... they all go straight in to a covered trash can so that the cat can't get them.. now, for the last two days he has been puking all over the place and i can't find any plastic that he might have been eating off of... but i am finding the plastic in his puke... so i know thats what is going one.

Sounds like a weird cat my friend had back in the day, we were smoking a doobie and taking some acid, and his cat came by and was stairing at us and messing up our high. So my friend said here kittie kittie and Kemo came over and Bill gave him a tiny bit of some acid on a McDonals hamberger meat, the cat sat there for quite a while stairing at us while we were trying to play cards while being totaly fried, then all of the sudden that dam cat raised up and his hair stood on end with his tail sticking straight up and like a shot gun he shit all over the wall, then he ran through a hole in the storm door screen. We never seen him again, he must have seen a big ass dog or something, what a bummer of trip he must have had. We laughed and laughed for days.

Yeah way to often. I prayed to Jehovah to be able to know the future during times when I would need it, and he gave me the ablity to do just that, but I never know when its coming it just comes concerning me or those I love. Sometimes its a curse.

Was Johnny Carson pro JW?
by HappyDad indoes anyone remember one of his shows from the late 1970's when john denver was on the show?
i never saw the show but heard about it in the jw circle (urban legend??).
it was known that john denver hated jw's and during their bantering, carson asked denver about his asking jw's to leave during his concerts.

Yeah it seen and loved it, he did kick his hiney off the show.
I remeber he asked Denver if its true that he asks his patrons if any of them are Witness's, then the ones who say yes he tells them to leave, Denver said yes its true, so Carson said well I want you to leave my stage now." What a Putz Denver was, I am glad he is dead.
