i know some of us feel unable to post our photos on this site and for obvious reasons.

which is a shame as it?s always nice to have more of a clue about the people we meet here.

i posted my picture on the post your picture thread for about 2 hours.

I know some of us feel unable to post our photos on this site and for obvious reasons. Which is a shame as it?s always nice to have more of a clue about the people we meet here.

I posted my picture on the Post your picture thread for about 2 hours. After that I got scared and decided to take it down in case anyone I didn?t want to find it, found it.

So for anyone who wants to post his or her picture how about an incognito picture thread. You can do whatever you can to hide your identity ie plastic bag over their head, back to the camera, whatever.

As for me, this is a picture of me as a toddler, nobody?s going to recognise me from this?I hope.

i absolutely hate men that spit.. where they get the idea that it is manly to engage in this revolting practice i do not know.

I agree spitting is not nice.

I must confess to doing it when I was a tearaway teen though, the bigger and uglier a gob you could direct towards someone?s shiny new car the better. Disgusting!!!

Trying to find an old picture

i wonder if anyone can remember a drawing, i think it was in the old children book (pink/orange hard cover if i remember correctly), of babies being offered up as sacrifies to a false god.

the god looked like a huge chair/alter with flames ( i think) and horns.. .

I also found this picture disturbing as a child. I never went to meetings until I was 16/17 years old, but my mum would study this book with us every Friday evening.

The effect the artists of the tower have is probably greater than we imagine.

i want to get one today, anyone know a good brand name and model to get.

Good options are Panasonic or Pioneer. 42" offers better value over 37".

For something a little better try Loewe.

What location is it in? If it is in an area with subdued lighting plasma works well. If there is a lot of ambient light about consider LCD.

Although Plasma offers reasonable value and performance for now, LCD is the emerging technology and is likely to win out. Bigger and better LCD screens are arriving all the time.

Pond for pound, CRT is better then both.
