Church services that I've been to are packed full of energy. There's nothing boring about going to some Baptist Churches. The services are often enlightening, chior, live instruments. They've had the tendency to inspire me. The way the word is disemanated from the pulpit is powerful. Though if your not prepared for the investment in emotional energy, you might be overwhelmed as they have a tendency to touch your heart emotionally, to get you to feel as well as think.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHURCH AND KINGDOM HALLS???????
by vitty inas i have never been to a church service ( except a wedding which i thought much nicer than our cold and impersonel talks) i wonder if they are as boring and repetitious as our meetings?.
i used to think it was me, that i wasnt spiritual or appreciative enough.
i was so bored.. we would have a talk in the service meeting about how some complain about too many meetings or going over the same stuff, and then promptly say it was our fault!.

Mulan, you can sleep for 12 hours and still not get the required rest. Snoring actually deprives the blood of valuable oxygen required to replenish the blood supply, when we snore during sleep, the brain is being robbed of some of necessary oxygen needed to get a restful sleep.
When the respiratory system shuts down on account of lock up, then no oxygen gets to the brain at all until the body during sleep, reflexes to briefly jolt you out of whatever little sleep you may've been getting, you never even notice it most times as you'll just immediately shift your body while in a state of semi-consciousness, just long enough for your body to try and re-adjust. This back and forth wake and sleeping can occur as many as 100 times during your sleep phase without your ever knowing anything about it.
If you can get treatment for it, I'd advise anyone to see their doctor as soon as possible. This disrupts the natural functioning of the heart, and has been responsible for early deaths due to heart attacks and strokes. High blood pressure is also associated with it.
It was reported that former Eagles pro-footballplayer Reggie White died a premature death from complications associated with Sleep Apnea. Snoring may seem like a simple laughing matter for some, however, for many, it's deadly serious stuff.

Moridin, if your seeing a doctor as it is are you paying out of pocket? If you have coverage it may be covered. Though when I was working and had just got my health insurance, I would've had to wait a full year before they would would even consider covering a pre-existing condition. I truly feel for anyone suffering from this malady.

If she snores very heavy during her sleep, its usually the results of soft tissue in the throat, the uvula, adnoids or other plumbing which can cause snoring, to the degree that your oxygen at times is suspended or goes into lock up, due to the soft tissues in the throat collapsing upon themselves. In an attempt for the lungs to get air, the body will force itself into a snort or a gasp in order to force the respiratory system to become operative again. Unfortunately this happens during sleep and your not aware what's going on until you're forced into an awakened state. You're panting and gasping for air because during your sleep, your lungs were on lock up, causing a dramatic heart rate as well when you awaken. I can be very frightening to the point that you believe you are dying upon awakening.
Doctors can determine as to whether or not she has this difficulty by sending her to a sleep lab, where they monitor you overnight with video, audio, ekg, eeg, oxygen levels in the blood are red with an LED type meter, recording how much oxygen is reaching the bloodstream.
They then will awaken you while your're going thru cycles of not being able to breathe, afterwards hooking you up to what's called a CPAP machine. Constant Positive Airway Pressure is what CPAP stands for. A machine that has a mask that fits over your face, blows a predetermined set ammount of air in order to assist in keeping the passageways in your throat open, reducing the risk of have those soft tissues in the throat from collapsing on themselves.

That was my primary objective when going to the assemblies, I was always surprised at the sizeable amount of pickings available at the assemblies. I was never deemed a good prospect for marriage for my lack of being able to properly care for her financially, much less spiritually or emotionally.
Though I was always encouraged to devote my time to the ministry as I was on disability at the time. And besides, why would you marry in this system of things when you could marry in perfection?

I didn't feasibly make sense to marry when the new system was right around the next corner,... yep,... the one that's just after this one,..a little further now,... not much longer now I betcha'... whoops....didn't mean to say betcha,... won't be much longer now,.. I can see it just beyond the horizon,... another minute and we'll be right there I tell ya,... one more mile to go y'all,... can't you see the end is just about here yet?, ...why any day now,.........................................
And after a few decades of that and my biological clock is constantly going off like a time bomb, I couldn't hold out any longer, by that time, I had pretty much been reduced to self destruct mode. So I did the only logical thing.......Abondon Ship! Abondon Ship! Abandon Ship!..Or was it Shipwrecked?,... anyway.
I've been blessed by one of the daughters of Moab, who really is not a bad catch, once it is she's been fileted anyway, she's been a nemisses, as well as a princess in my life. We are truly soulmates. She is truly my absolute opposite, my yen to my yang and other things. Honestly, I believe had I not met her, my life would still be caught in the throngs of the WTBTS's web of guilt and emotional turmoil.
Life sometimes has a wonderful way of working itself out, inspite of yourself.

3 yrs no meetings best thing i ever did was stop going any way...i am baptized .
