  Hello New Castle!

  You must be really lucky coming out of JW together with your wife. It is the same for us and first time i told her i wasn't sure about the reaction. But we both are leaving and feeling free again - esp after reading R.Franz books "crisis of conscience" and "in searh of christian freedom".

  it was the angel of jehovah who had the power 2 put thew uncircumcised son 2 death.logically,then,zipporah would have caused the 4skin 2 touch the angel's feet,presenting it 2 him as evidence that she had complied with the covenant.. i understand from somewhere,possibly my niv study bible that the word used 4 feet can also mean genitals, there4 did zipporah put it on the angels thingy.. any comments?

  I read in some commentaries that Zipporah put it on Mose's feet, not an angel's.

  But ... did you have a closer look at the rest of the answer to the QFR? I once saw some very uninteresting question and additional to answer the question the WT also repeated/renewed some basic teaching.

  hi, i'm wondering what the best way to get over depression is.

  i've been in a black hole for 3 months now and every damn day is a battle just to get out of bed.

  i've been faded for awhile now and so i lost most all the jw friends that i had in that transition.

  And please take this good advice from your friends. It helped me a lot to be at this side and talk about my feelings or just say nonsense.

  But I am on my way out of JW and do have some pain. Here are many with similar experience that really are touched by emotions! Do look for a professional and some group of exJW near your place.

  Yes/No - Will the good news ever be preached through out the earth?

  no - not by jehovah's witnesses.

  there seems to be no clear line from the society on how much preaching needs to be done before the "end".

  the "stones would cry out" principle is sometimes aluded to but i was/am a little vague on the official line.

  You could just forget about this. In germany there are some places where even the normal territory work isn't done like normal - i.e. the territory is worked over if you went through with advertising the mags. Before it was said to reach almost everyone. So - NO the good news by JW won't be over the whole world. (and besides - what is the good news? which "holy" book do you mean?)
