A dysfunctional morning
by SheilaM intoday i wake up to the phone ringing someone had left a message, so i get up and look at the caller id it says robert mcuire, that is my x-brother in laws name.
i was actually pleased i thought "oh robby found me" he married my monster sister when i was 9. i listen to the message and it is the monster i guess she is using robbies name has her phone under his name etc????????
he lives somewhere else and hates her ????????

I went to see my mom after 4 years, now I am sadder
by orangefatcat inlast evening i recieved an e-mail from my aunt who is not a jw, and she told me that my mom was taken to the hospital with a serious bowel obstruction.
my aunt knowing our family sitution felt it would be a good time to see what your mom would do.
so i called my sister who lives not to far from me.

My father is reading Crisis of Conscience...

Glad to be back!
by Ron1968 ini am glad to be making a return to this forum and do hope to get to know a lot of you better.
i am still posting on another ex-jw site (under username ronnie45), but that site is as slow as molasses lately.. anyway, i am going to stay out of too much of the conflicts here and just will enjoy being here and sharing when i can.
