Weather was wonderful in South Texas. I am from North Texas and it was a looong drive back home!
ooops! leave it to me to miss that important point.. you did notice I said I liked Texans though right?? (note I didn't say only S Texans.....) sns blushes.. and quietly leaves the room..

I had a dry socket once and I thought I was going to die.. A whole bottle or whiskey couldn't kill the pain! I would go through childbirth 10 times in exchange for having to go through a dry socket again..

well if ANYONE deserves a pity party it is you Brummie!! Oh MY!!! I don't think leaving the root behind sounds good either.. but what do I know.. I'm not a dentist or even an dental assistant.. I'd ask my mom (she was one) but she doesn't talk to me since leaving the JWs much. Are you feeling any relief at all? If you don't.. boy I would push for something to be done. We're all going to be worried about you now.. so you make sure and take care of yourself.. ok?

Are Jehovah's Witnesses colorblind?

here it is: those that think it is permissible to tell white lies soon grow color blind.

I don't know if I would call it color blind but I would call it hypocritical. We 'were' taught to obey in even the little things and yet on one hand it is a sin to lie and on the other it is ok?
(when I first saw this title regarding colorblind.. I thought this might be about race..... and as much as JWs claim to be colorblind according to race... not all do comply.. I can't tell you how many didn't encourage the fact that I dated blk.. even had a JW brother say oh.. you are into that zebra thing huh.. .. nope.. they aren't all color blind in that aspect at all)

Secret Santa II......
by Gadget ini've just read in another thread that due to circumstances the secret santa for this year hasn't been able to happen, so i want to try and organise another one!.
according to the lady at the post office, the closing date for international mail to be delivered before xmas is this week, but for post on the same continent we still have a few weeks so i'll try and take that into account so everyone can have their prezzy before christmas day.
if everyone who wants to join in can pm or email me at [email protected] with their details before 12noon sunday 30th november(uk time), i'll try and get the details back to you by sunday night.

secret santa is when you are sent the name of a 'giftee' that you
send a present to and in return, you receive a surprise gift from
them for Christmas; when you get your gift you realise who your Santa
was...hence the 'Secret Santa' title"I'm confused.. does this mean that you are partnered with someone to exchanged gifts with? or it is a mix and you give to one person in the group and a totally different person in the group gives to you?

I think the deal was that because it is so relaxing .... you stop using your 'brain' to think and relax and could give the demons the ability to enter.. that was how it was explained to me. I was like.. oh ok... good little obedient JW.. never questioning instructions..
