hi everyone,.
just wanted to reintroduce myself.
i was minnow on jwr and when it got shut down i took the opportunity to go quiet as things were starting to get uncomfortable as far as trying to maintain 100% anonymity.. now i'm back and hoping to reconnect with my old friends, like helen travers, tony brock and others.. hope you are all well..
Hi LittleGuy and Welcome!
I was on JWR a few years ago but did not post due to my situation then,
I was sorry to hear it died as your stories helped a lot through that difficult time,
As dubstepped said we're happy to be added as "new" friends,
All the best and again,
Welcome
Tepid,

years ago it was all about armageddon and getting out of babylon the great.
then with the draw close to jehovah and is there a creator that care about you.
it was all about building a relationship with jehovah.
NOW!
Lest we forget,

does anyone out there know of any jws that have talked about what their personal relationship with jehovah was like?
for example, hearing his voice, a certain feeling?
an intellectual understanding?
i pretty much did it all.
vacation pioneered as a youngster and became a regular pioneer out of school.

StephaneLaliberte:
I remember Leonce Crepeau well,
This man was quite arrogant and always running off at the mouth,
Nomal people keep some of their their thoughts to themselves,
Perhaps it's intelligence that is lacking here,
However, recent events have shown that arrogance is quite a common quality for many JWs in high places,
I've always thought it good to treat others with respect,
Wow, what an organization!
:(
Best Regards,

When a Pioneer is really tired and and can't carry on, they start up an Auxiliary, waiting back at the car :0)
to all you young and old alike what would you have as a farewell party from this earth , would you party with friends months before or would you go out quietly and rather have input into the wake.
i have heard of these duck hunters who put their ashes in shotgun shells.
.
Well they robbed me of (the false hope of) everlasting life⢠I don't feel the need to hasten the process, so as to the funeral question, being now alone in the world, there's a funeral home here on a river that flows to the ocean, a good place for my ashes, or in a receptacle within, doesn't really matter much because, you see, I'll be dead :)

I wasn't on the ladder at all,
I was assigned to holding it in place for others,
