I appreciate all the expressions of interest and solidarity. It has been a very intense week. I started with the help of many of you, a particular war for my rights as a European citizen.

We have achieved an important space and advertising with a single complaint, which is a great success that I share with you all.

The press has not only spoken about a single complaint, but they gave a full coverage on asocial behavior of Jehovah's Witnesses and the last, a very hard Editorial from the newspaper El Periodico director (Link). I can only thank the professionalism and commitment of El Periodico de Catalunya and his team.

The news are a turbulent river, I will continue to have a presence in other European newspapers and this weekend an interview at a major radio channel in Spain. "Te doy mi palabra" by an important Spanish journalist, Isabel Gemio. The radio interview will include the Statement of the official spokesman of Jehovah's Witnesses in Spain and my live testimony. Thank you for your solidarity and support, I do not want to destroy a belief. I want an American cult not do more harm to individuals: not impose risky behavior, asocial rules, destroy families, generate emotional conflicts and respect all freedoms, and do not only use the individuals for their economic and business benefits, disguised under a supposed cult.

This is not over here, much less. On the contrary ... I do not want to buy my silence, I do not want the media that talked about my situation received pressures. I want to fight for you. I'M NOT RETRACTING AND WILL NOT RETRACT. What the Periodico newspaper explains is so true that I still suffer in it everyday.

I will denounce to the press, the security forces and to justice that there are cases of abuse like mine, that there are confidential files on these abuses in the congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses, who continue to exclude in an asocial way its former members. I shall continue. WE MUST DENOUCE ... Let no one else suffer like we suffered.

Translation :

Jehovah's Witnesses are a religious entity meeting the requirements set by the state, it is registered since 1970 and has the legal recognition of "deeply rooted", granted by the Advisory Commission on Religious Freedom, for ten years now. We can not speak strictly because of sectarian problem in relation to their situation, but the fact is that we can reasonably doubt from certain practices. One of the most notorious is the ban of blood transfusions, a detail which is always questionable and even more so when it comes to minors.

Another, perhaps less known, is the existence of parallel state courts, a domestic judicial committees that oversee the maintenance of moral norms governing this theocratic organization. The incidence of this type of -opaque, secret and inquisitional- in people who suffer implies for them a personal humiliation that even reaches the family rootlessness judgments.

Some recent cases of corruption and allegations of abuse; discipline and centralized religious-business structure in a multinational based in New York; and examples such as this publishing newspaper (El Periodico) referring to an almost sectarian, insistent, archaic and with touches of homophobia pressure, should alert us against any violation of the freedom of citizens, believers or not.

i'm quite surprised about the new approach of some local congregation brothers respect about my fade.... funny, ilegal and very dangerous in view of the different laws regarding personal data and minorities in spain and in the eu.... i already organized a press meeting with main newspapers in spain.

many has shown interest in this situation.

the fact of that a parallel judicial system do exist is amazing them.

Since my fade 5 years ago I had no connection with JW nor I attended any meeting.

The fact to be active in Spanish forums helping JW to leave the Org is really upsetting some members in my country.

In Spain as in other countries, there is only room for ONE judicial system. The same that said the Finnish Ministry of Justice years ago.

Many exJW in Finland ask for protection and the goverment ask the official statement. Betel in Finland confirmed no Judicial hearings were done, not any more (sic)

I have the right to claim my protection and my liberty of freedom. The more as I was abused by a MS once I was teenager !

I have the right to access and cancel the information relevant to my person in the congregation and at Bethel !

after receiving a letter at my home calling me for a "judicial audience" after having quit 5 years ago the jw, i decided to go to the police and talk about the policy within jw.org: social abuse, judicial threats and in my case sexual abuses.. a national newspaper in spain www.elperiodico.es has decided to give visibility to this situation.
