He is in the hot seat and may not know how many documents that are sent out to the elders are in the RC hands. They are running scared to a degree, and i am hopeful they will crack him. Hence the need to find some thing I read on this site not so long ago about how the society actually feels about being reported to secular authorities
If I could get that to them, it could be read out. I mean if Crabapple can ask for time and have it granted, then so can we/you/ other damaged souls.
If you sign a petition it will not be ignored, it will go into archive as a consolidation about how widespread this is.

the wtbts is hoping you will consider yourself an invalid complainant, because you are not or were not.....baptised.
if you were abused at a young age and you told on your dad or the bad man that did it.......you would have been taken aside by the overseer and read scriptures about lying and being immoral; even if you didn't know what that word meant.

This body was formed to recommend by interviewing ALL institutions in Australia to better serve victims such as child sexual abuse in Australia. A solution that was reached in 2013 to ALL civilized countries in this world.

You should all send emails of support to Angus Stewart and his team, plus his Honour.
The fact that the world is watching is highly motivating for these people. They have slogged away it this since 2013 not just the WTBTS unethical conduct but many others too.
I think it would give them a tremendous boost as some of them are looking tired this week. Angus looked worn out and had a five o-clock shadow. Probably they/he are up very late going over notes and evidence. They had to go on some cases more than others as they wanted WT documents to support the claims and counter claims.

Don't fret. I will go ahead and spill it all out. I will do it methodically and compile it so that it is easy for them.
That they are sending two commissioners over, actually flying them over is in itself amazing!. They told me they rent a space in one of the hotels in the city of Perth and will take me in the back way to make sure no one gets the chance to identify me or the others.
It's like a bloody spy thriller, it could be really funny if it was not so hurtful and dirty on the part of the org.

It would most definitely be the case that those who were victims and had been raised in this sect would have led the RC to areas not normally accessible. Thank somethingorother for that.
Then there would have been the subpoena's that were issued for WTs documents. There would have been, I suspect, people like Barbara Anderson with her extensive inside knowledge. Her mission is very much about this part of the dark WT actions and neglect.
Then we have THE INTERNET!!! Yay! Now that a huge area for investigation and the WT won't like that one bit. Someone posted a question as to whether the internet would be detrimental to the WTBTS a few weeks ago. I felt it had to be, for there is no way to stop a curious Jdub from sneaking a peek. All it takes is some shitty experience from another person in the hall or an elder acting like an overlord and whammy.......You have a witness wanting to find some information. Then taking a small tinsy little peek..... that's how it starts.

Royal Commission - Clarification of 1,006 unreported abusers
by Listener inknowing that many here like to relate information as accurately as possible i just wanted to make a clarification regarding the unreported abusers in the australian jw religion.. it is not correct for us to state that there are 1,006 cases of unreported abusers in australia since 1950. .
this is what the commission has reported in the opening address .
those documents include 1,006 case files relating to allegations of child sexual abuse made against members of the jehovahs witness church in australia since 1950 each file for a different alleged perpetrator of child sexual abuse.

I feel very anxious at times, then I feel confirmed because of the fact that I was not alone in this ugly part of JW land. I am content to give as much inside information as the RC wants.
And today I did warn her of the fact that those men on the stand were actually using Theocratic Warfare upon the RC and " Do you understan what that means?
Not really, no.
Then I told her it meant these men would give themselves permission to lie out right, lie by omission and divert blame to some other person, preferably a dead one.
She cracked up at that last bit and said she needed to know I was safe. Very kind people, very thorough. I told her that I had never made it to baptism and that the WT would play that bit up for all it's worth. (Hence my post about those who felt they could not come forward due to not being officially in)
The emails are pouring in at times and if you care to look, when Stewart is doing his thing with those elders on the stand.........there are people near him who are being sent emailed responses to the RC, and they are reading them. Just in-case you wondered at what was going on there. Of course, they are also uploading relevant documents for Angus Stewart to reference.
Who is this Simonsays guy? Is he a still in witness? I hope he does not have the platform via this forum, to freak some other victims into silence. It can be a delicate balancing act for such women. Some of them are so afraid to speak for fear of losing children, grand children............all those people they love and suppress their emotions for, in order to never lose them.
OH oh oh. I almost forgot. I told this person that one of the hugest forums around were deeply involved in this Royal Commission, that they had the respect of other people in other countries. I told her of this site. To which the response was......."Oh really? We have heard that there is interest out there, but not to that extent. I will go and have a serious look at your recommended site." Of course it was this one I was referring to.
