We had a steak dinner at Gallagher's, in New York, New York, (not mentioned in the article the above quote referenced) on September 8. We had the Cowboy steak, which is a Rib Eye, bone in. Wow, it was amazing. We started with an amazingly cold Beefeater's Martini. Salad was ultra ripe, beefsteak (is that a pun?) tomatoes, red onions, and some fresh herbs on top, and a nice light vinegar dressing. Mmmmmmmmmm, now that was a great meal. Dave had a baked potatoe, but I was too full of beef.
