ya, the birds always fly towards the head. Cover your head with a jacket or better yet a news paper. OR throw some food from a window (decoy) then run like hell out the door.

Get one of those high powered squirt guns! They can shoot pretty far. Clapping at them and yelling at them does seem to temporarily get them to move as well. Watch your back! carla
