Jaracz though not the president is called "the boss" because of his activities behind the scenes. Bill Bowen of silentlambs.org can confirm that when silentlambs went to the Bethel complex, Pat Garza, whom he thought highly of (since deceased from cancer), told the media that Jaracz had molested her and others when they were children. She stated that this occurred while he was Circuit Overseer in California. He has also been head of the Service Department in Brooklyn which is known for doing a lot of underhanded things, the power behind and sometimes over the throne.
