BB...you bring up a point I had thought of. Unless the information is understood by all publishers as to what the announcment "Joe Bloggs is no longer one of Jehovahs Witnesses" means, they might be inclined to question. The paragraph plainly said such an announcment would mean a person was either DFed or DAed.
I'm sure it wouldn't take them long to clarify matters in print to any questioners if the problem arose.
