For those who are df'd, are you proud of the way you were df'd? Adultery? Idolatry? Drunkeness? Apostacy maybe? ____ (Fill in whatever)

I was df'd for apostacy. And now, I am very proud for what I was df'd for. I believe that apostacy(as the way the WTS defines it) is the best manifestation of proving the WTS wrong. YOU know that they are wrong. YOU spoke out against them.

Are you proud to be df'd from the WTS?

I knew I should have 'waited on Jehovah' to call the JC in order instead of telling those elders the WTBTS and the GB were apostates and take me off the membership roll. Would have sounded so much better 2 days later if the annoucement had said Bob Evans has been DF'd instead of Bob Evans has DA'd himself from the CC of JW's. That way peolpe would have wondered what my unrepentant sinning was all about. As it is, they all know what it was about because I told a few R&F publishers.

Sadly they dont DF for apostacy anymore, It is DA by attrition. You left them, they didnt leave you.

I made it clear to many JW's before my announcement what I was going to be df'd for. I could have been automatically da'd for my 'apostacy' many, many months before, but it never happened. According to an elder friend of mine, the service desk at bethel most likely was pulling the strings from the beginning, in my case. After hearing about the judicial committee being formed, I didn't give in to their rules. I abstained from attending the meeting. There was no reason to re-hash what we had already talked about. I made it easy for them to decide what announcement to make.

BTW, the elder who called to tell me of their decision, never told me actual reason for the df'ing. I only assumed it from the original phone call from an elder who made general references to my case. I heard later that the elders were supposed to tell me the reason for the df'ing decision. But he didn't...

Incorrect. I was DF'd for apostacy. The elder who informed me of the judicial committee being formed said that they had "enough information against me for apostacy." Maybe the new Org book will redefine that announcement.

Those pot lickers. LOL well they proly thought it a waste of time to tell you what your DFd for.

In that case I would most definatley want to be DF'd for 'postasy. Dont smoke, dont really care about holidays, not a politicer, really dont wanna mess around on my wife. So apostacy it will be.

Last Co visit tho the CO said we treat the blood issue like apostacy now, DA. We had a specific blood case and he said it was a DA if unrepentant, just like apostacy. I dunno

For being an imitator of Christ and doing the "right" thing, even if it means standing alone. Very brave!

Funny, one of my main beefs was with the blood doctrine. Even the PO wasn't able to refute my arguments. He had to go and "look them up" and get back to me regarding the JW beliefs. I hope I planted a seed for later on....
