Class Action Lawsuit in Wrongfull Death against the Governing Body

I think we need to keep focusing on the leaders of the WT namely the Governing Body,,and not focus on the WT. If you are fighting a beast you count strikes on the head as most effective. Strike the head not the toes.

I'm probably way off base here, but I think it's a good idea! I know nothing about lawsuits, other than anyone can sue anyone else for whatever reason they wish to.
It's common knowledge that JWs won't accept blood, so any slick side-stepping by the WTS lawyers would take a LOT of convincing to prove otherwise.

I think a jury can be convinced the Governing Body played a extremely important role in the wrongfull death of many poor helpless victims of thier harsh policies which threaten them with expulsion if disobeyed.
