Mac - glad you and the deer are ok. Me, never came close to a deer. I think I've only hit a couple cats, a bird and a squirrel or two. Not that I'm proud of it.

friend of mine in upstate ny got scared of hiting deer (he never had just was sure he would any minute) so he put 4 of the sensors on his car... hit a deer literaly 5 or 6 days later and totaled his car!
Sick story when my dad was young he worked as a lumberjack in PA. He was driving his truck out of the woods in rural PA ( 35 years ago ALL of PA was rural... and I mean RURAL) anyway he hit a deer. It didn't do much damage to the truck the deer was pretty messed up though but it wasn't dead! He didnt know what to do he didn't have a gun and there was no one for MILES... he did have an axe though...
