Yes, "Is there anything we can do for you?". Is there was some small/medium appliance he needs or something to that effect?

Honesty
His faith in God instead of an organisation and his courage to stand up for what he discovered has probably had more of an impact on many who had serious doubts as to the WTBTS's claims and prophetic writings than he realises. It helped set me free to worship God instead of an organisation.
