What do you find encouraging?
That Black females are the fastest growing group enrolling in college ! Why is this encouraging? Well, Blacks lag economically and this is partially due to being under-educated. If Black women see the import of a college education, they will (hopefully) pass this feeling on to their children and we will see the next generation of Black kids going to college, which hopefully leads to better jobs, better money, and lower incarceration rates.
