Hormones SP - probably hormones. About mid-stream of my cycle, I *can* eat like a piggy! Especially chocolate. Appropriate vitamins should take care of some of the cravings.
Or, is there any chance you're pregnant?

I am balemic (sp). I binge, but I forget to purge! oops!
Stinky, I have had those moments. And some days I hardly eat anything. Are you down about anything? Are you taking in the corrent nutrients and vitamins?
