Ketchup or catsup is good on a fried egg sandwich or on an omelet. I usually eat eggs over easy. No ketchup that way, though.

Yep....ketchup on eggs.....the thought of it is repulsive to me.
The only things similar to that which I LOVE is over-easy eggs on hot buttered toast, topped with Rotel tomatoes w/green chilies for the Texican version of Huevos Rancheros.
Other than that, it's hot buttered grits only with my eggs, thank you very much.
