As already been mentioned, tolerance. How about EMPATHY? Putting yourself in the shoes of others. How about asking, how much tolerance do we have, how much crap do we take from others before loose our cool?

This one is easy.
KINDNESS (that embodies most of what others in this thread have said regardng tolerance, empathy, etc. - and really it is the one-word summary of the Golden Rule)
but secondly I would add, OPPORTUNITY, because there is never enough of that around.
