Hey, wasn't this Northern Cal get-together supposed to happen this summer? Or did it shift south?

We have had the Southern Cali fest in the works since before the Northern one came to be talked about.......... we just keep changing the dates..
as far as that northern date.......I kept asking in the thread was there a firm date........and no one ever replied..
I guess it just got way laid...
