I know it's a little late in the game for me to be responding to this, but I'm seriously considering going to the fest! My mom changed her mind and said that she wasnt coming to visit until march.

I'll have to get there before the 6th, wherever you guys decide to hold it. I live in El Paso and it takes me 12 hrs to get to any other city worth going to. I have school monday thru friday, but I'm sure I can miss a day if I let one of my instructors know beforehand. And I'll have to save a little gas money, because my car is a gas guzzler (something may be wrong with the engine).
