I was thinking of a 7:30 dinner. That should give most of us time to get to Indy, check in at our rooms, and make ourselves presentable. Is 7:30 acceptable for the rest of you?

Do any of you have a preference in restaurants? There is a link to the Indy Visitors Bureau's downtown restaurant guide on page 6 of this thread. come on, folks. Now's the time to voice an opinion before I stick us in some little hole in the wall. *LOL*

As for your other questions, EIU, I'm comfortable with leaving the meeting place undecided for another day or two. Can we decide that by Wednesday evening?

How many will be staying at the Renaissance Towers? We can meet there & head to the restaurant as a group, or we can meet at the restaurant.

And about Copsec ... the last I heard, she was interested in coming to Indy, but probably would not be able to get there until later in the day on Saturday. And because she would miss the dinner and the Saturday festivities, it didn't sound like she actually make the trip. Cops ... please jump in here & correct me if I misunderstood what you meant.

We will be staying at the rennasiance. We are fine with anyplace you choose. 7:30 is fine with my wife and i. The renassiance seems like a good choice to me, i believe lisavegas and hubby are staying there and my wife and i are and i believe you said you were Dan-O, so that is half of us staying there. Wed is fine before setting a time and place, i was just curious. This should be a good time.

Dan-O, my hubbie and I have to bow out this time. I have just started a new job and it is more draining than I expected. I won't be able to take vacation for awhile either.....so
