How can it be cost cutting? ? The artists are ~~slaves~~ volunteers ? The press operators are ~~slaves~~ volunteers ? The paper costs the same no matter what you put on it ? The would be incrementally more ink used with a nicer design. YIKES! Do you think they could lose their shirts on a four-color run? There has to be a COST before you can CUT it.
