I hear you loud and clear, ( laughing) we had a pool also and had the same issues to deal with. All those hot and sweaty JWs would just love to come over and cool off.
We also has a large piece of propery. One of the other elders daughter in law wanted to set up a greeen house on our property to sell plants out of. She went directly to my father ( who was also an elder) to ask him. When he said no, she had the temerity to question him and ask why not,
" because I do not think it is a good idea, thats why" he answered very bluntly.
In hindsight this is all so funny.
