Curious observation. I wonder if it is because Bali and Turkey are predominatly Muslim countries with little toleration to "infidels"?
Spain, and the USA are more integrated. It seems reasonable to me that the travel bans are more aimed at the underlying fundamentalist countries.

Quoting myself,
I did not mention that when I spoke to Carlos yesterday, he told me he and many of his classmates (College Freshman) went to give blood, but had to turn around and go home... because there were so many people there already to give blood, the hospital was turning people away!
Thank God for non-jws.
