Rita you'll fit in just fine. Apostates, especially the Texas variety, are not all the same. Some are full throttle, others (like me) are a little more sedate. Most are in between. It's kind of like real life, you know?
We'd love to have you come down. It's really neat meeting people you've "met" only on a discussion board.

Welcome to the board, Rita!!! What part of VA are you from? My best friend, who is also an ex-JW and attended her first Apostafest here in Dallas a few months ago, lives in Herndon, right near Dulles Airport (she works for United Airlines). ok, heres the deal, I found a cheap flight that I am very happy about...( was a little nervous about the cost)....DFW airport right??
How much is the hotel per night, and are there going to be more then 2 of us in the room Sassy?? More is just fine with me to lower the cost...I am sure we could get cots if need be...
